5. SMS Terms and Conditions

1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. When We Share Information

We share your information only in these limited circumstances:

• Our brokerage. Alliance Bay Realty, as the supervising broker of record, has access to transaction and client records as required by California law.
• Service providers. Vendors that host our website, deliver our email and text messages, or manage our client records. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
• Transaction participants. If you engage us for a transaction, parties necessary to complete it — such as escrow, title, lenders, inspectors, or the other side's agent — as directed or authorized by you.
• Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our legal rights or the safety of others.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We keep inquiry records for as long as our relationship is active, unless you ask us to delete them.

• Request a copy of that information.
