These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of homesbyfarhad.com (the "Site"), operated by Farhad Lodin, Broker Associate with Alliance Bay Realty, doing business as HomesByFarhad ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Farhad Lodin is a licensed California real estate Broker Associate, CA DRE License #01440334, affiliated with Alliance Bay Realty. All real estate services described on this Site are offered through Alliance Bay Realty. Services are offered in the State of California only.

Any home valuation, market analysis, price opinion, or estimate provided through this Site is a broker's opinion of value based on available market data. 9. Communications and Text Messaging

By providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry. Marketing text messages are sent only to those who affirmatively opt in, and consent to receive them is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any service. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Farhad Lodin and Alliance Bay Realty from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of another party.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the San Francisco Bay Area, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted here with its "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
